Dear Family and Friends,

I hope you all are doing well!  Well, I am
about to leave to start my mission's program in Nicaragua.  I have a week of training and then I'll fly down on September 15.  It is hard for me
to believe how quickly time went by this summer and that September has finally
arrived!  God has been incredibly faithful in my support raising process
and I want to thank each of you who contributed to me being able to afford this
experience.  I am so grateful to have all the prayer and support that I
have felt from so many of you and it makes leaving all the more exciting as I
know y'all are behind me.

While I am in Nicaragua
I will have internet access but it may not be consistent.  The best way
to
keep in touch will be via email and skype, and this blog.  If you'd
like me to email you when I update this blog, please let me know! My
hope is that this blog will be a good way for me to be able to
share what I'm doing and learning while in Nicaragua. 

As I head out, I would love your thoughts and prayers for travel safety, team
unity, and for God to be going ahead of us and preparing our hearts for what we
are sure to learn in these upcoming months.  Thank you all, again, for all
your support and I am excited to share with you what God does in Nicaragua! 
I hope the start of fall goes well for all of you and I look forward to staying
in touch!
